Formula Home Improvements gets an A+ from my wife and I. We had windows and siding replaced on our home and we were very pleased with the quality of the work, communication, and the products used. The crews were polite, efficient and did a wonderful job of cleaning up at the completion of the project. I would not hesitate to call them again for any of my exterior needs!
I am pleased with my new roof. The process was smooth, the crew was efficient and Ryan is an excellent communicator. In addition to being the most affordable choice, the roof was done in a day and the crew was extremely efficient. They were able to schedule me in quickly and Ryan kept me updated on everything. I highly recommend!

I called Formula Home Improvements late summer/early fall of 2021 for a quote on a new roof, after meeting Ryan and talking to him about his experience and what other services Formula provided I received a quote for three windows, new siding for my house and garage, as well as a new roof that was going to be able to be put on quickly after accepting the quote I was given. Not only was Ryan super easy to talk with, his communication about the project, timeline for supplies being dropped off and when projects would start and end….where EXCELLENT/TOP NOTCH!!!!! I wish I would have known about him when I had three windows replaced when I first moved into my house, the company I used for those windows was very expensive, the screens had rips in them, very overpriced windows and installation and the quality of windows is poor in comparison to the windows Ryan’s crew put in. Not only was Ryan great to deal with, so were every single person that came over to work on the house. I love supporting local businesses…and feel so fortunate to have a high quality exterior home improvement company in Milwaukee. I receive compliments often on my house and every time I come home I am so happy I decided to give my house a little face lift along with the necessary roof replacement. Formula Home Improvements, Inc gave me an amazing experience and I highly recommend Ryan and his company to anyone needing exterior work done.
Extremely happy with the work done by Formula! New windows look great and the gentlemen that did the installation were professional and did beautiful caulk work. Ryan, the owner even came out to be sure we were happy and the job was done right! Would rehire and recommend them!
Had all windows replaced. Love them! Great quality and great service. Ryan and his crew were a pleasure to work with. I will have them back for more work in the future.
From our first encounter through the end, everyone was professional and friendly.
In fact, our neighbors took issue with us getting our roof redone, and called their landlord, who called Formula to cuss out Ryan. He handled everything very professionally, never spoke poorly of the neighbor or landlord. Just let us know it happened in case we heard something, and never once made us think that it was in any way on us.
They ended up having to remove 4 layers of shingles!!!, and rotted wood that had been shingled over previously. They also replaced the bathroom vent tube and cover, which was supposed to have been done by the people who sold us the house. This all meant some added expense, which Ryan went over with us and we felt the cost for what they did was more than fair.
The crew that did the work was super friendly when we were home, and accommodated anything we asked of them.
On completion, there were a couple spots that we had questions about, as we don’t know what everything should look like. Ryan once again explained everything thoroughly, and didn’t make us feel like our questions were bad or dumb.
Overall, we were very impressed with the people, the company, and the quality of the work. We would highly recommend them.
